For the selected pilot, Hatched Stacks expects to make a capped, documented investment in hardware access and implementation capacity. The founder contributes operating expertise, weekly participation, distribution, and one measurable opportunity.

What zero-upfront means

No implementation fee at the start—if you are selected and both sides sign.

This is a negotiated commercial pilot, not a contest, prize, free computer, or guaranteed investment. Hardware ownership or access, direct costs, intellectual property, revenue participation, milestones, term, buyout, termination, and support are defined only in a signed agreement after diligence.

Public participation must reflect the founder's honest experience. Any material relationship must be clearly disclosed, and positive reviews are never required.

We may prefer founders willing to document the work publicly, but honest opinion is always protected.
