Submit business context—not secrets or customer records.
This notice applies to the Build My Stack and Founding Pilot application forms.
What we collect
We collect the contact, business, workflow, qualification, attribution, risk, and consent information you choose to submit, along with source-page and campaign fields used to understand where an application originated.
Why we use it
We use application information to evaluate fit, scope a possible engagement, identify risk and responsibility boundaries, contact the applicant, and maintain an auditable record of the qualification process.
Where it goes
Accepted live submissions may be stored in Hatched Stacks' controlled intake record and configured customer-relationship system, and may trigger an internal owner notification. The forms do not authorize marketing SMS, payment collection, automatic selection, or public use of the submitted information.
What not to submit
Do not enter passwords, API keys, credentials, regulated data, financial account data, health information, confidential customer records, or other sensitive personal information. Secure access is arranged separately only after scope and authorization are established.
Retention and requests
Application information is retained only as needed for qualification, follow-up, legal or operational records, and security. To request access, correction, or deletion, reply through the same Hatched Stacks contact channel used for your application and include the receipt reference.
Publicity and endorsements
Submitting an application does not grant permission to publish your identity, business, results, or statements. Any later case study, testimonial, endorsement, or public retrospective requires separate approval and must reflect the participant's honest experience with clear disclosure of any material relationship.
